Our Mission...
...is to fulfill Jesus' command, "Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature." (Mark 16:15) Students of Christian Science who represent this committee visit and pray with those requesting it and who are confined in institutions in Texas.
Free Christian Science literature...
...is available by request from inmates and those confined. Please contact us for information about how to have a copy of the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy, and other Christian Science literature sent to someone who is confined.
Annual Meeting 2006...
... will be held in the church facilities of Seventh Church of Christ, Scientist, 1740 Yorktown, Houston, Texas, at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 14, 2006. Ann M. Van Tassel, C.S. will deliver a talk entitled, "A Pathway for All." Comments and testimonies will be heard from those in attendance. All interested in the work of this Committee are invited to attend.
